The Turkish bath is cramped and requires additional fees for a real experience, while the sauna follows suit in size. Breakfast lacked diversity-mainly bread and cheese, with reheated hot items. The travel arrangements for excursions turned out to be disappointing and poorly communicated, leading to a frustrating experience overall. Rooms felt cramped without much space to move around.

Spotlessly clean hotel, the staff was amicable.

Everything was perfect during 6 days, thoroughly enjoyed its excellent and perfect location short walk to metros and marmarays, the touristic city attractions and the main tourist points. The service was TERRIFIC, that made the hotel absolutely great and amazing place.

the location was unbeatable, close enough to the metro and bus station and trams and easily accessible. our a double room with a safe, television, and a mini bar fridge was brand-new.

We had a very good time in this brand-new hotel in Istanbul. The room was big size with comfortable beds. Great service, provided by the really kind and very nice staff. The venue had an excellent and particularly good location, close to a subway station. There was Tarbus Food next to the hotel;)))

Stayed at the hamitbey for 4 nights and it exceeded my expectations. The location was great for exploring the city, with easy access to public transport. The breakfast was fantastic, with various options available each morning.

the swimming pool is only open from 12pm.

I loved the excellent breakfast variety every morning and the indoor pool was a fun hit for my kids, although the rooms were a bit snug for our family.

Just a solid selection for a mini-vacation in Istanbul with really good value. I enjoyed the clean room and comfy bed, made my stay pleasant after long days of exploration. Make sure to ask for extra towels at the front desk to freshen up more easily.

The room was nice and clean, really appreciated the daily cleaning and fresh towels. The bed was comfy,. But the size felt a bit cramped, not much space to move around. It was a decent stay and the staff was always cute. Plus, I loved that there was free water in the room!
